‘Well, if she keeps running away to your house, maybe you should just keep her.’: The heartfelt tale of a CDS kitten who, after repeatedly running away from her owners, finds her forever home with a new family that gives her unconditional love and purpose

The cat distribution system is quite a multifaceted thing. If anything the name is actually quite misleading as there is no organization per se who is responsible for delivering felines to hoomans. Rather, through the mystical workings of the universe, cats and hoomans are brought together when they are in need of one and other, even when they do not know it.

And this is story is a rather classic example of such a scenario as one kitty who had enough of their home went outside in search of another one. And after dropping a few hints to a hooman who was standing outside their own door, the catto had its heart set on them. Cue a series of feline home invasions and 'repatriations' in which eventually the original pawrent of the cute cat child conceded that the hooman who had been harboring their cat, should probably keep it, as that was what the cat wanted all along. Proving that there is little that one can do to stop the rising tide of the CDS.
